In the renowned tradition of venerable comedians such as Bill Cosby, Sinbad, and Steve Harvey, The Comedy Spot proudly presents “Old School Comedy Night” starring comedy veterans T.A. Burrows, Jerry Johnson, and Isaac “Doc” Farm.  This will be an evening of comedy for “grown folks.” No ranting and raving, just three well-dressed, bald guys delivering straight-up laughs without all the cussin’ and fussin’!   If it’s pure and simple laughter you’re after, this is a night you don’t want miss!

T.A. BURROWS:  T.A. Burrows is a multi-talented headliner with over 30 years in the entertainment industry. He has performed over 2,000 shows and entertained well over 1 million people at clubs, resorts, corporate events, colleges, and military installations throughout the U.S. and Europe. He was a regular in Las Vegas and has performed with such stars as The Temptations, Pattie LaBelle, Earth, Wind & Fire, The Pointer Sisters, Chicago, M.C. Hammer, Tracy Morgan, The Isley Brothers, and Teddy Pendergrass.  In addition to his comedy talents, he is an award-winning professional actor and vocalist.

JERRY JOHNSON:  Jerry Johnson is a professional stand-up comedian and impressionist who has entertained audiences across the nation for over 20 years. Jerry has worked with such nationally known stars as D.L. Hughley, Joe Torry, and Chris Tucker, Sister Sledge, and Patti LaBelle.  In addition, he has been a featured performer on B.E.T.’s “Comic View.”  He not only makes people laugh with comedy that relates to everyday life, but he is also a gifted impressionist, capable of sounding like Muhammad Ali, Howard Cosell, Sammy Davis, Jr., Mike Tyson and many more at the drop of a hat.

ISAAC “DOC” FARM:  Isaac (a.k.a.Doc) Farm is a highly talented comic and entertainer known for his diverse background and multiple skills.  As a comedian he was crowned “Funniest Man in Phoenix” which led to an appearance on “Comic Relief.”  He also hosted the radio show “Male Prospective;” appeared at the world famous Apollo; and opened for such stars as Tina Marie and Anita Baker.  Currently, “Doc” travels across the country delivering the “best medicine” to fans looking for that something to brighten their day.
